I've been on and off of the fitness and weight loss wagon since August 2011, but now that I've moved out I have decided to give myself a new beginning!
I'm no longer tracking my weight loss in lbs as I no longer have access to a scale. Instead, I'll be measuring myself, taking progress photos, and generally keeping my eyes open for all sorts of NSVs!
